It’s that time of year! Students are back in school which means interpreters are needed in the classroom, in addition to the back to school nights and parent conferences. Let’s not forget about those last-minute doctor appointments that need an interpreter. So many interpreter requests to manage! How can you keep up?
Take advantage of eRSP – the online scheduling tool used by HIS Sign to manage sign language interpreter requests! Don’t worry, this is not just another password to remember and cumbersome program to learn to navigate. Using eRSP is as easy as 1-2-3!
eRSP provides HIS Sign customers with the ability to:
- View a calendar of interpreter services you have requested through HIS Sign
- Verify interpreters that have been confirmed for your appointment
- Generate reports for services HIS Sign has provided
Logging into eRSP
The HIS Sign online scheduling tool can be accessed from any computer or device with internet access.
- Go to http://hissign.ersp.biz
- Click on the “Customer Login” button for customer access
- Enter your credentials received from HIS Sign. If you need help with your username and password, contact RequestInterpreter@HISsign.com.
- My Calendar
Your monthly calendar view is your main home screen. You can view every request for services – past, present and future*.
The status of each assignment will be displayed. Use the “Legend” to identify the status of your assignment. Please note, no interpreter name will be shown if an interpreter has not yet been confirmed. Click the interpreter name to view request details.
*For on-going assignments, the calendar may only be built out one month at a time. This allows for modifications to the plan such as closures and cancellations that may impact block scheduling.

The messaging feature is not currently used by HIS Sign. To contact the scheduling department, please email RequestInterpreter@HISsign.com.
- Documents
This section contains sign language resources that may be useful to you when using a sign language interpreter.
- My Account
You may pull an activity report that summarizes all interpreting requests covering the date range specified. Please note, activity will only include requests that have been completed and processed for billing by the HIS Sign accounting department. Typically, requests are processed on a bi-weekly basis.
